Now that's a thought. I've been ...Swimming. Now that's a thought. I've been trying to figure out some kind of winter exercise that I will actually do. I'm very bad at things I don't like (most of the gym). My problem with swimming is time, mainly the overhead involved -- to and from the pool, prep, shower. But maybe it would be good for both my general health and my arm health.
